Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee/handle all incoming request in Memphis Request email box (terminations, access forms, move requests)
• Oversee payroll, schedule, and PTO requests
• Assign trouble call tickets using Assyst Database to IS technicians
• Vendor management (schedule meetings, arrange payment, approve orders, etc.)
• Schedule meetings on behalf of Director and/or department staff meetings
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements, Preferences and Experience

2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
