Summary

Identifies, develops and implements strategic marketing programs for key target audiences for designated service lines and entities of BMHCC. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as corporate marketing liaison for Baptist entities as assigned.
  • Coordinates, plans, edits, designs, prints and evaluates marketing materials by working with key clients to meet marketing objectives of the project.
  • Serves as internal team lead when writing strategic plans for client needs.
  • Prepares annual budget by reviewing historical costs and evaluating anticipated needs with Manager to ensure fiscal viability/accountability.
  • Coordinates and tracks advertising schedules and marketing activities for assigned entities.
  • Works with the system marketing manager, effectively directs and cross-trains other employees on service line and entity knowledge with consistent marketing updates in a shared-knowledge team environment.
  • Completes assigned goals.


Requirements, Preferences and Experience

Education

Preferred: Advertising agency experience preferred.

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or a related field.

Experience

Minimum: Minimum of 5 years experience in the industry of marketing or advertising, possessing strong written and presentation skills.

Special Skills

Minimum: Strong skills in both written and oral communications. Expertise in developing strategic marketing plans and ability to professionally present these initiatives to key audiences. In-depth understanding of the production workflow of an advertising agency or corporate communications team.
