Manager-Virtual Services Program RN

Summary

Works in close collaboration with leadership and healthcare team to develop, support and improve virtual healthcare initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing, implementing, and managing all activities for areas of accountability, supporting strategic initiatives, processes and plans while fostering patient and employee satisfaction. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary departments. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Functions autonomously and in collaboration with leadership and healthcare team to identify current and future project's scope, objective and goals and oversees tasks, activities, timelines, and resources required
• Considers factors related to safety effectiveness, cost and impact on practice in the planning and delivery of Virtual Services
• Communicates with stakeholders, manages risks/issues, and monitors program progress
• Develops and communicates status reports and prepares professional presentations to deliver to multiple audiences
• Efficiently plans, schedules, and facilitates meetings of varied participants, using standard meeting management tools and techniques
• Uses a proactive approach along with strategic planning skills to advance future efforts and activities
• Analyzes and, as appropriate, acts upon new concepts, trends, and initiatives within the health care industry that support the mission of BMHCC
• Develops and maintains professional relationships with stakeholders and fosters collaborative partnerships in the development, implementation, and administration of service and program delivery
• Continuously seeks new learning opportunities pertaining to position

Requirements, Preferences and Experience

Minimum Required

BSN preferred

3 years experience with demonstrated leadership skills
