Manager-Reimbursement & Compliance - AC Medical Alternatives BMHSI Metro

Summary

Manages all reimbursement services by coordinating, organizing and moisturizing all reimbursement structures to ensure that acceptable levels are attained. Oversees all compliance programs including adherence to procedures, internal audits, and response to all external audits and reviews in conjunction with BMHCC Corporate Compliance; serves as the Privacy and Security Officer for the organization ensuring compliance with all privacy and security procedures, conducting assessments, responding to breaches and working in conjunction with BMHCC Corporate Privacy and Security representatives. Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director.

Responsibilities

• Manages all reimbursement services by coordinating, organizing, and monitoring all reimbursement structures to ensure that acceptable levels are attained.
• Oversee all compliance programs including adherence to procedures, internal audits, and response to external audits.
• Serves as the Privacy and Security Officer for the organization ensuring compliance with all privacy and security procedures, conducting assessments, responding to breaches and working in conjunction with BMHCC Corporate Privacy and Security representatives.

Requirements, Preferences and Experience

Education

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field. Equivalent experience can be substituted for educational requirements.

Experience

Minimum: Two (2) years of leadership experience in Finance and/or reimbursement.
