Summary

The Administrator will oversee the general administrative and financial functions and activities of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the daily work activities of the office.
  • May handle or assist with discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Manages human and financial resources effectively to achieve quality patient outcomes in line with financial goals under the direction of BMMG Operations Director.
  • Incumbent is responsible for daily operations during applicable clinic hours, including oversight of multiple clinic locations, multiple providers and staff as well as financial review/quality review/operational review/process review and other duties as assigned. This will also include staff orientation, training, follow-up, attendance, and other duties as assigned.
  • Provider relations are a necessary and important task for this position.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
  • Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Requirements, Preferences and Experience

Education

Preferred: Masters degree in business, healthcare, or Nursing

Minimum: Bachelors Degree in business or healthcare.

Experience

Minimum: 5 years management experience to include a minimum of 3 years practice management or leadership responsibilities.

Special Skills

Minimum: Extensive knowledge of office management procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
