Supervisor-Clinic

Summary

Manages, supervises, and coordinates clinical staff. Provides a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing and delivers quality care in a manner that preserves and protects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. Participates in activities designed to improve health care delivery.

Responsibilities

• To provide overall support for providers and clinical staff.
• Communicates and coordinates current policies and ensures implementation of new policies and procedures are followed correctly, validates quality metrics and maintains clinical staff competencies.
• Manages daily clinical activities, workflow, and work schedules as necessary, manages and approves PTO and validates occurrence policy is implemented.
• Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.
• Understands and complies with all regulatory, procedural, policy, and licensing requirements in conjunction with BMG Nurse Education team.
• Ensures patient chart entries are made accurately and MYChart patient advice records are completed timely.
• Perform other patient related tasks as necessary.

Requirements, Preferences and Experience

Education

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Minimum: High School Diploma

Experience

Preferred: Previous leadership experience

Minimum: Four (4) years of experience in a clinic setting.
