Summary The Sr. Research Coordinator, RN- IV functions with minimal supervision in clinical research setting and acts as site educator / trainer for all study coordinators assisting with assessment of the logistical requirements and resources necessary to conduct the research protocol. The Sr. Research Coordinator, RN- IV will lead ongoing and protocol activation education and training for the research staff and any participating clinical staff. The Sr. Research Coordinator, RN- IV will provide assistance with the design and maintenance of organizational processes and tools to aid research operations.
This position develops, administers, directs, and implements all activities for areas of accountability related to research training and education for BCRI.
The position works in close collaboration with the healthcare team to meet and support diverse organizational business initiatives/strategies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to standardization of systems, identification of efficiencies, and integration of performance improvement strategies, support of strategic business initiatives, processes and communication plans which support goal attainment while fostering patient, physician and employee satisfaction. The position works collaboratively with all departments and there are other duties as assigned.

The Sr. Research Coordinator RN- IV will collaborate with all research staff for all ongoing educational / training needs. Other duties may be performed as assigned. Travel may be required.
