Manager-Practice BMMC - MT Cordova Minor Med

Summary

Manages human and financial resources effectively to achieve quality patient outcomes in line with financial goals. Under the administrative direction of BMMG Director. Incumbent is responsible for daily operations during applicable clinic hours.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates services to meet the needs of the customer to increase the clinic's contribution to overall clinic outcomes
• Organizes, directs, and staffs patient care services within the scope of practice to ensure quality outcomes
• Provides for the integration of patient care services throughout the organization by coordinating with all services to provide quality patient outcomes
• Provides for improvement and maintenance of organization's activities on an ongoing basis
• Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed

Requirements, Preferences and Experience

Education

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, and/or Health Related field.

Minimum: High School diploma or GED

Experience

Preferred: "Two or more years' experience in a supervisory/management of a healthcare facility."

Minimum: 3-5 years work experience in health-related field
