Research and resolve accounts that are in a credit balance status. Research and resolve all refund requests. Post refunds and recoupments. Identify and provide communication and education on trends identified on the credit balance report. Demonstrate understanding of the revenue cycle and the responsibility and goals of each area and how they impact the revenue cycle. Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Research and resolve all refund requests.
  • Research and resolve accounts that are in a credit balance status.
  • Maintain knowledge of Business Office policies and procedures.
  • Complete assigned goals.

Requirements, Preferences and Experience


Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent


Minimum: Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting

Special Skills

Minimum: Detail oriented, analytical and ability to problem solve. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel or equivalent.
