Summary Coordinates cancer conferences, cancer committee agenda and required reports, physician and staff oncology education programs to include academic partner projects/events and new patient services projects/events. Performs other duites as assigned.
Responsibilities - Coordinates all aspects of the weekly or biweekly Head and Neck, GU/GI, and Malignant Heme Transplant conferences. Serves as back-up for the weekly Thoracic Cancer conference.
- Coordinates Physician and Staff Oncology Educational Programs.
- Coordinates Patient Services special projects and initiativves as assigned.

Requirements, Preferences and Experience Education Preferred: BS Degree in related field.
Minimum: Associates Degree in related field or related experience.
Experience Preferred: Three years administrative / office support in health care setting. Experience coordinating program projects, events, and committees.
Minimum: Two years administrative / office support
Special Skills Preferred: Proficient computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Training Preferred: Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal). Must possess a high level of computer proficiency working with different office applications.
