Specialist-Procurement Senior - HS IS Technical Services Corporate

Summary

Evaluate technology needs and procure essential technology products. Ensure purchases remain within budget and on schedule. Manage inventory levels and receive requisitions, checking each item for quantity, specifications, and delivery requirements. Develop and investigate supply sources, and issue request proposals, quotations, or bids for those items not covered by any existing purchasing agreement. Incumbent is subject to overtime, callback, and on-call as required. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements, Preferences and Experience

Education

Preferred: Bachelor's degree or its equivalent

Minimum: Associates degree or its equivalent

Experience

Preferred: Advanced knowledge of Excel

Training
