Intermediate Information Technology Generalist

Summary

Manage and support multiple applications, systems, networks, and telecommunications activities. Assist Associate Generalists with troubleshooting and standard operating procedures. Oversee and assist with the organization's information systems, including programming, analysis, networking, data processing, and administration. Resolve technical issues, research and recommend technology solutions, and coordinate system priorities. Perform additional duties as required.

Education

Desired: Greater than 5 years experience or educational equivalent of Bachelor's degree.

Minimum: Education from an accredited institution or experience as listed.

Experience

Desired: Greater than 5 years experience or educational equivalent of Bachelor's degree.

Minimum: 4 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licensure, Registration, Certification

Desired: Must possess a valid Drivers License.

Minimum: Appropriate certifications as they apply to specialized area of expertise.
